This is a no fuss side dish, and a switch from the same ole vegetable casseroles. Ingredients:
24 ounces frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed & drained |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup swiss cheese |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1/4 pepper |
1 (4 ounce) jar chopped pimiento (optional) |
6 ounces french-fried onions |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can french fried onions. 3. Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish. 4. Bake covered for 30 minutes. 5. Top with remaining cheese and onion; bake, uncovered for another 5 minutes. |
