Vegetables in cheese sauce with fried onions Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup shredded swiss cheese |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 (4 ounce) jar chopped pimiento |
2 cups durkee onions (1 large can) |
Directions:
1. Mix vegetables, soup, 1/2 c cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, and 1/2 can of Durkee Fried onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake an additional 5 minutes uncovered. |
