Swiss Vegetable Casserole |

This side dish is somewhat similar to the traditional green bean casserole that is often made at thanksgiving. I like this better though. Ingredients:
2 16 oz bags frozen veggies (broccoli, caulifllower, carrots) thawed |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
2/3 c sour cream |
1 cup shreadded swiss cheese |
1 can (2.8 oz) french fried onions (or a large can if you like) |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir soup, sour cream, pepper, vegetables, 1/2 of the onions and 1/2 of the cheese together. 2. Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish - covered. 3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until veggies are tender. 4. Sprinkle remaining onions and cheese on top 5. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. |
