1, 5 lb bag yukon gold potatoes |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1/4 cup fresh chopped tarragon |
1 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F 2. Butter 9 x 13 baking dish 3. Peel potatoes and thinly slice. 4. Pour cream and salt and pepper on potatoes. 5. Layer potatoes, tarragon and cheese in baking pan. 6. Repeat layers twice and end with cheese 7. Bake uncoverd 45 to 50 minutes or until tender and golden |
