Swiss Steak With a Kick for the Crock Pot |

Rotel makes everything better. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs round steaks, cut into four pieces |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
15 ounces rotel tomatoes |
1 medium onion, cut into strips |
2 medium bell peppers, cut into strips |
3 cups cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Season steak with garlic powder. Dust with flour. 2. Brown in vegetable oil. 3. Combine remaining ingredients with browned steak in crock pot. Add 1/2 can of water. Cook on low 8 hours. 4. Serve over rice. |
