From the Four Ingredient Cookbook, by Linda Coffee and Emily Cale. Delicious, be sure to cut the steak up really well if you have kids eating this. Great with mashed potatoes. Ingredients:
2 lbs round steaks, chopped into bite-sized pieces |
1/2 cup flour |
1 tablespoon oil |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Flour steak and brown in oil. 2. Remove from skillet and drain oil. 3. Pour 1 can tomatoes in skillet. 4. Place steak on top and pour remaining can of tomatoes on steak. 5. Cover and simmer until beef is cooked all the way through, however you like it. |
