Mom's Swiss Steak Recipe Ingredients:
18 oz beef, tenderloin |
12 oz tomato paste |
1 med onion |
1 med green pepper |
12 mushrooms |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
24 baby carrots |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients with water and place in oven or slow cooker. Cook 4-6hours at 350 degrees. Done when meat is tender and carrots are soft. |
