Ingredients:
2 cup(s) (16 ounces) sour cream |
1/4 cup(s) butter, melted |
3/4 cup(s) chopped green onions |
3 eggs, lightly beaten |
2 clove(s) garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) shredded swiss cheese |
1/2 cup(s) sliced almonds |
5 large uncooked baking potatoes, peeled and shredded |
1/2 teaspoon(s) white pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, Swiss cheese, onions and garlic. In another bowl, combine the eggs, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour over potato mixture; toss to coat. 2. Transfer to a greased 11-in.-by-7-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees. |
