Great way to start the day. Ingredients:
1 apple, cored |
1/2 cup yogurt |
2 tablespoons almonds or 2 tablespoons hazelnuts, chopped |
1 cup rolled oats |
Directions:
1. Grate the apple. 2. Mix with oats, nuts and yogurt. 3. Can be served with canned or fresh fruit. |
