                    This recipe is from A taste of switzerland by Sue Style.  Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 teaspoon salt, sea  |  
                                                1 teaspoon pepper, fresh, ground, black  |  
                                                1 teaspoon mustard  |  
                                                10 ounces olive oil  |  
                                                1 tablespoon sugar  |  
                                                3 1/2 ounces vinegar  |  
                                                1 egg, small  |  
                                                2 teaspoons cream  |  
                                                1/8-1/4 cup water (more if necessary)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Blend together all the ingredients except the water in a blender or food processor until smooth. 2. Add enough water to give a lightly coating consistency. 3. Put in a screwtop jar and place in the refrigerator until needed. 4. Use within 3-4 days.                              |
