6 eggs |
1 small chopped onion |
1 cup tomatoes |
1 tbs fat |
1/2 cup grated cheese |
1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs together with well mixed; cook small chopped onion and tomatoes with fat before eggs are added. Add eggs, cook slowly, and stir; add cheese as the eggs begin to thicken. |
