A different and delicious way to prepare eggs. Ingredients:
1 cup grated swiss or cheddar cheese |
6 eggs |
1/4 cup cream or evaporated milk |
salt and pepper |
chopped parsley |
1 cup additional grated cheese. |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 2. Cover bottom of shallow greased casserole with a cup of grated cheese. 3. Make 6 depressions in cheese. Slide an egg into each depression. 4. Sprinkle with cream or evaporated milk, SALT, pepper and parsley. 5. Top with additional grated cheese, bake for 25 minutes or until eggs are firm but not hard. |
