Easy for one-bowl salad and dressing. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon mustard (or more) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon chives, chopped |
1 dash pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix in bottom of salad bowl. Just before serving, mix salad vegetables into dressing. |
