Swiss Corn Slow Cooker Casserole |

This very simple slow cooker recipe adds a little zing to any dinner, but it's especially good with Thanksgiving dinner. Ingredients:
cooking spray |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed |
1 pint heavy whipping cream |
2 cups shredded swiss cheese |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. 2. Mix corn, cream, Swiss cheese, and eggs together in a bowl; season with black pepper. Pour corn mixture into the slow cooker. 3. Cook on Low until cooked through and cheese is melted, 4 to 4 1/2 hours |
