Can be made ahead and thrown in the oven when you get home! To reheat, just add more cheese! Ingredients:
8 -12 skinless chicken breasts |
8 -12 slices swiss cheese |
1 (6 ounce) box cornbread stuffing mix |
2 cups cream of chicken soup (undiluted) |
5 ounces white wine (1/2 of the chicken soup can) |
4 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Put chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. 2. Put a slice of cheese over each piece. 3. Mix soup and wine and pour over chicken and cheese. 4. Dump dry stuffing mix over the top. 5. Dot with butter. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours if bones in or 45 minutes if boneless. |
