very tasty and easy dish Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts |
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup (mushroom works too) |
100 g shaved deli ham |
8 slices swiss cheese |
1 cup white wine |
2 cups breadcrumbs (seasoned) |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix soup and wine. 2. Heat through. 3. Place chicken breasts in glass casserole. 4. Top with ham and cheese. 5. Pour heated soup/wine mixture over all. 6. Cover with crumbs. 7. Drizzle with butter. 8. Bake 425F 30 mins. |
