1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
12 (3/4-inch-thick) slices french baguette, toasted |
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat swiss cheese |
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives |
Directions:
1. Spread mustard evenly over one side of bread slices. Combine cheese and chives; sprinkle over mustard. 2. Place on a baking sheet, and broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts. |
