This soup has great flavor and the cheese makes all the difference. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth |
2 (15 ounce) cans beef broth |
3 (15 ounce) cans water |
2 large onions |
4 large potatoes |
2 cups celery |
8 large sliced mushrooms |
1/3 cup butter |
1/3 cup flour |
1/3 cup parsley |
swiss cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Put first 7 ingredients in pot. Cook until veggies are done. 2. Melt butter in small sauce pan add flour. Stir until it turns brown. Add to soup. 3. Sprinkle with the swiss cheese once it is served. |
