This warm, delicious dip is very easy to make and is usually the first to disappear! Serve with crackers. This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese |
3/4 cup light mayonnaise |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Mix first three ingredients. 2. Place in 8x8 casserole dish. 3. Place crumbled bacon on top. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
