Swiss Cheese Cranberry and Pineapple Spread |

This is a festive looking spread for winter parties. Ingredients:
8 ounces soft cream cheese with pineapple |
6 ounces swiss cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1 tablespoon orange rind |
2 tablespoons dry sherry or 2 tablespoons apple juice |
1/4-2/3 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. 3. Spread in an ungreased 9 pie plate. 4. Bake 14-16 minutes. 5. Serve with apple or pear wedges and crackers. 6. Can be made up to 12 hours in advance then baked. |
