Delicious easy appetizer perfect for game day or any get together. Creamy swiss cheese, bacon and green onion are the perfect combination. Your guests will be asking for the recipe. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded |
2 tablespoons chopped green onions |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix first 4 ingredients.
3. pour into pie plate or similar small baking dish.
4. bake for 30 minutes.
5. sprinkle the bacon on top.
6. bake for additional 5 minutes.
7. serve with crackers or crusty bread.
