simple Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced |
2 bunches swiss chard, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans |
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 lime, juiced and zested |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. saute garlic and crushed red pepper 2. add swiss chard, cover (4 min). 3. add beans and tomatoes (4 min). 4. salt, pepper, lime. 5. simmer until sauce is reduced. |
