Ingredients:
2 pound(s) round steak pound raw- trim fat off
1 envelope(s) lipton onion soup
1 can(s) diced tomatoes
1 can(s) diced green chilies optional
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Use the dull side of chef's knife and pound the steak on both sides and in both directions ( 3 mins or so )
3. Spray glass pan (13x9) with cooking spray
4. place meat in pan
5. distribute 1 envelope of onion soup over top
6. distrbute the can of diced tomatoes -including the liquid ( makes it own gravy)
7. cover with foil
8. bake 2.5 hours
9. Serve with baked potatoes - added last 45 min of baking -
10. Roasted carrots ( bag of the baby carrots drizzled with oil and Salt and Pepper -30 minutes in the same oven)
11. Broccoli or salad
