A delicious, low sugar, low fat breakfast
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups raw rolled oats
3/4 cup water
1 apple, grated
3 tablespoons honey
2 cups berries, mashed
Directions:
1. Combine oats, water, apple and honey.
2. Spread in 3 qt casserole dish.
3. Spread fruit on top.
4. Cover and place in fridge for a few hours or over night.
5. Serve with yogurt.
