The combo of Swiss cheese and bacon is so good! When I serve this at a party, the dish gets cleaned out completely. Ingredients:
8 slices bacon, chopped |
8 oz. cream cheese |
1/2 c. mayo |
2 tsp. prepared dijon mustard |
1 1/2 c. swiss cheese, shredded |
3 scallions, chopped |
1/2 c smoked, almonds, coarsely chopped |
crackers, breadsticks |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 400. 2. Brown bacon in skillet. Drain on paper towels. 3. In mixing bowl, combine cheeses, mayo, Dijon, green onions & bacon. Transfer to small casserole and bake until golden and bubbly, 15-18 minutes. Top with chopped smoked almonds. Place dip on a platter and surround with various crackers. 4. Note: you can add 2 tsp of horseradish instead of the Dijon. |
