Swiss & Bacon Crustless Quiche |

Easy, cheesy and delicious. Definantly not low fat...nice treat. Ingredients:
4 slices bacon |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 cups half-and-half or 1 1/2 cups milk |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup shredded swiss cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. 3. Drain bacon; crumble and set aside. 4. Beat eggs, half-and-half, mustard, salt and Swiss cheese in bowl. 5. Stir in bacon. 6. Pour into 4 custard cups. 7. Place custard cups in 13x9x2-inch baking pan. 8. Fill pan with 1 inch of hot water. 9. Carefully place pan in oven. 10. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
