Ingredients:
1 pound(s) chicken breasts diced |
2 cube(s) celery sliced |
1 small onion diced |
2 cup(s) herb-seasoned stuffing cubes |
1 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1/2 cup(s) milk |
1/4 cup(s) green onion chopped |
1 1/2- 2 cup(s) swiss cheese shredded |
1/4 cup(s) toasted slivered almonds (toasting optional) |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
Directions:
1. Prehead oven to 350. If toasting almonds place them on a baking sheet and toast 8-12 minutes stirring occasionally until fragrant. Add oil to a pan along with celery and onion and cook until softened. Mix chicken, stuffing, mayonnaise, milk, green onion and swiss cheese. Add celery and onion. Spoon into greased 13x9 casserole, top with almonds. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. |
