Sweetly and Hotly Mustard |

Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 cup dry white wine |
2/3 cup dry mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil or 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 drops tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine onion garlic and wine in a saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Simmer 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and cool. 4. Strain into dry mustard. 5. Add oil,honey, salt, and tabasco. 6. Cook over low heat until smooth and thick. 7. Yield about: 16 Oz. |
