Wonderful!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
3 eggs |
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels, melted |
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules |
1 teaspoon rum extract |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts |
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell |
piped whipped cream |

Directions:
1. Cream butter; gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed on an electric mixer until light and fluffy. 2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. 3. Add melted chocolate, coffee granules, and rum extract; mix well. 4. Stir in flour and 1 cup chopped walnuts. 5. Pour mixture into pastry shell. 6. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes; cool completely. 7. Chill. 8. Garnish, if desired. |
