Sweetened Condensed Milk Substitute for Diabetics |

Being a diabetic is hard. It's difficult to find everyday ingredients. However, if you use some of the in-a-pinch recipes and make your own, you can substitute the sugar for Splenda and **HOPE** it turns out right. This did and it's really opened doors for me as a dessert maker. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cold water |
1 1/3 cups powdered milk |
3/4 cup splenda granular |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Stir milk powder into cold water until dissolved. 2. Microwave 1 minute or until steaming. Stir in sugar and vanilla. 3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator. |
