I haven't tried this yet but it looked interesting. The creator, Marie-Pierre Moine, suggests serving it as an alternative to store-bought dips, with raw vegetables cut into strips or pita bread. It can be mixed up in advance if needed. Ingredients:
1/2 can sweetcorn, well drained |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon fromage frais or 1 tablespoon low-fat cream cheese |
1 teaspoon ketchup |
Directions:
1. Use a fork to mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Cover and chill until needed. |
