These taste great with with practically any dinner, but i generally cook them when im making fried or marinated chicken. Ingredients:
8 ounces corn kernals |
2 ounces ap flour |
pinch salt |
pinch paprika |
1 egg, beaten |
4 tbls milk |
oil for frying |
Directions:
1. Sift flour, salt and paprika into a bowl. 2. Mix in the beaten egg and gradualy add the milk until a smooth batter is formed. 3. Add corn to the batter and stir it through. 4. You can either drops balls of the batter into a deep fat fryer, or fry in a frying pan til golden. |
