This is too easy!!! Zaar World Tour - Asia/Tibet but it says in the introduction to the recipe that this yogurt drink has changed over the years due to the Indian influence in Tibetan recipes. I think this will also work with the Brown Sugar/spenda to lower the calorie count.Recipe source: The Lhasa Moon Tibetan cookbook Ingredients:
4 cups plain low-fat yogurt |
10 ice cubes |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. |
