This is too easy!!! Zaar World Tour - Asia/Tibet but it says in the introduction to the recipe that this yogurt drink has changed over the years due to the Indian influence in Tibetan recipes. Ingredients:
4 cups plain low-fat yogurt
10 ice cubes
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
