Sweet Vanilla Whipped Cream

Whipped cream to top your pies or anything!
Ingredients:
16 oz (1 pint) heavy whipping cream
1 tbs vanilla extract
3-5 tbs granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Put whipping cream and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
2. Beat with a hand mixer on high until it starts to thicken.
3. Add Sugar 1 Tbs at a time to sweetness you want.
4. Continue to beat until cream reaches desired thickness/stiffness.
5. Variation: Maple Whipped Cream: substitute maple extract for the vanilla.... great for pumpkin pies!
