This is a nice way to enjoy a glass of milk. I have this all the time, especially after dinner as a healthy treat. Ingredients:
1 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
sugar substitute, to taste |
Directions:
1. Pour milk into a glass, then add vanilla extract. 2. Mix in sugar substitute. 3. Enjoy cold or warm it in the microwave. |
