Banana Slice 4 large plain tortilla cream cheese jam or preserves 4 bananas Spread each tortilla with some cream cheese and top each with a tablespoon of your favorite jam or preserve. Sprinkle some chopped nuts such as walnuts or pecans and sprinkle a few berries such as chopped strawberries, raspberries or blueberries and drizzle with a touch of honey. Roll up the tortilla and slice into one inch pieces. Enjoy. If you would like to make them crispy you can bake the slices til golden brown and let cool. They need to be eaten within the day or they will go soggy.
