This is a good substitute for ice cream, especially when you're just changing your eating habits and still have a craving for sweets. Ingredients:
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt |
1 ripe banana |
1/4 cup blueberries |
Directions:
1. Mash 1 ripe banana and add to 1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt. Process with a stick blender until smooth. Stir in blueberries and enjoy! |
