My new favorite potato Ingredients:
4 sweet potatoes |
4 ounces salted butter |
4 ounces butter pecan ice cream |
Directions:
1. Bake potatoes till soft. 2. Mix equal portions of butter and butter pecan ice cream, zap them and mix together when they are soft enough. Refrigerate or freeze until stiff again and spoon desired amount into sweet potatoes. |
