Another simple and easy dessert, but with a big flavor!! Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 (250 g) package philadelphia brick cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
1 (1 liter) container cool whip, thawed |
1 cup chopped chocolate-covered english toffee bar (about 4 bars) |
3 cups cold milk |
2 (113 g) packages jell-o chocolate instant pudding |
Directions:
1. Combine crumbs with butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Chill. 2. Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle chopped candy bars over layer. 3. Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk. Pour over chopped candy bar layer. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. 4. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer. 5. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional chopped candy bars, if desired. Cut into squares. |
