Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
1 cup(s) white sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1/2 cup(s) margarine |
1/2 cup(s) yogurt |
1 whole(s) large egg |
2 whole(s) large egg yolks |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. - preheat the oven to 350 2. - grab a handful of strawberries and mash with a potato masher (or puree) 3. - mix: flour, salt, baking powder in a bowl and then set aside 4. - mix: margarine and butter, then add in remaining ingredients, mix until combined 5. - combine the two mixtures and scoop the batter in to pan 6. - bake for 20-24 minutes 7. For the Frosting: 8. Ingredients: 9. - 1 cup butter, room temperature 10. - 2 1/2 cups icing sugar 11. - 1 teaspoon vanilla 12. - 3 tablespoons mashed strawberries 13.
