Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup water |
3 medium garlic cloves, minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 1 tablespoon) |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon thai chili-garlic sauce, such as sriracha |
Directions:
1. 1.Simmer all of the ingredients together in a small saucepan over medium heat until syrupy, about 5 minutes. Let cool to room temperature before serving. (The sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 day.). |
