Ingredients:
2 navel oranges
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions:
1. Grate 2 teaspoons rind from oranges. Peel and section oranges; reserve orange sections for salad.
2. Combine orange rind, soy sauce, and remaining 3 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
