You can use this to bake conventional ribs, or use it in a slow cooker. Delicious! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons soy sauce, can use low sodium |
Directions:
1. In medium sauce pan fry onions in oil until tender. 2. Add all other sauce ingredients and simmer 20 minute 3. Cover ribs and cook as usual. |
