Sweet & Sour Pork Stir Fry Ingredients:
1/2 cup water |
1 tbsp cornstarch |
1 tbsp vinegar |
1 tbsp sugar |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
1/4 tsp ground ginger |
1/8 tsp tabasco sauce |
1/4 tsp garlic powder |
2 tbsp vegetable oil |
600 g pork loin, thinly sliced |
2 cups carrots |
1 1/2 cups cauliflower florets |
1 cup snow peas |
Directions:
1. Stir water into cornstarch in a small bowl. Add next 6 ingredients. Stir. Set aside. 2. Par cook cauliflower and carrots. 3. Heat wok/frying pan on medium high. Add vegetable oil. 4. Cook pork slices until no pink remains. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to bowl. 5. Stir fry vegetables. 6. Mix vegetables and meat in pan. Add cornstarch mixture and stir into pork until boiling and thickened. |
