Great for a buffet - or you can serve it on rice for a family dinner Ingredients:
meat balls |
1.5 pounds lean ground beef |
1/4 cup finely diced onions |
salt and pepper to taste |
3 t tomato juice to moisten |
2t soya sauce or worcester sauce |
sauce |
1cup brown sugar |
1 t dry mustard |
1/2 cup vinegar |
2/3 cups water |
1 cup ketchup |
Directions:
1. Add tomato juice, onions, salt, pepper and soya sauce to meat. Form small meatballs (1 inch in diameter). 2. Mix sauce and pour over met balls. Bake at 350 for one hour. |
