This makes a great potluck appetizer. Ingredients:
2 (12 ounce) packages kielbasa |
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce |
3/4 cup red currant jelly |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/3-1/2 cup light brown sugar |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained |
Directions:
1. Cut Kielbasa into 1/4 inch rounds. 2. In a large pot, combine chili sauce, jelly, lemon juice, light brown sugar and mustard. 3. Stir over medium low heat. 4. Add Kielbasa and pineapple chunks. 5. Simmer 15 minutes. |
