Sweet & Sour Ginger Dressing (Raw Vegan) |

This is a quick dressing to throw together and the ingredients are normally on hand. The original recipe calls for honey but you can use your liquid sweetner of choice (I have used agave & date paste & both work well). Hope you enjoy!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup shoyu |
1/3 cup liquid sweetener |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme |
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne |
Directions:
1. Put all in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake to combine & refrigerate! |
