Sweet & Sour Crock Pot Pork Roast |

From Tracey in San Diego. Ingredients:
1 (12 -18 lb) pork shoulder |
4 cups apple juice |
4 beef bouillon cubes |
2 large fuji apples, chopped |
1 large red onion, same size pieces |
1 cup sweet chili sauce |
6 large garlic cloves, diced fine |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Dissolve beef boullion cubes in warm/hot apple juice. 2. Place all in crock pot. 3. Let it do its thing for 6 hours on high. There's going to be a lot of juice - like a pot roast/stew kinda thing. Its really fork-tender we suggest serving with garlic mashed potatoes. |
