1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
1 20-ounce can juice-packed pineapple chunks |
1/4 c sugar (i use splenda 1/2 and 1/2) |
2 tbsp cornstarch |
1/2 c vinegar |
1 green bell pepper, sliced |
1 medium onion, sliced thin |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine pineapple chunks with their 2. juice, sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar in large skillet. Add chicken.Cook 3. over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently as sauce thickens. Add green pepper and onion. Cook 5 minutes longer, or until vegetables and chicken are tender. 4.
