I threw this together tonight and thoroughly enjoyed the combination. I don't really expect anyone to try it, but I wanted to safe-keep the contents for further reference. Ingredients:
1 cup sweet popcorn |
1 cup honey nut cheerios |
1 cup chex cereal |
1/2 cup unsalted cashews |
1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds |
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut |
1/2 cup honey-roasted peanuts |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1/2 cup dried prune |
1/2 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Separately, toast: cashews, sunflower seeds, and coconut; cool. 2. Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and toss so everything is evenly distributed. |
